3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home on corner lot in Ocean Lakes Resort! This is a unique layout where 2 bedrooms are attached to bathrooms!! Outdoor space Galore for Entertaining, Relaxation & Parking. Outdoor TV, Propane Grill. Just a few minute golf cart ride to the beach.

**Price includes a gift card for a GOLF CART RENTAL at Ocean Lakes rental shop. Just pick it up, and it's on us. Ocean Lakes does not reserve carts. There are typically plenty of carts. However you may want to arrive as early as possible to ensure availability.

There's a playground and skate park right on the beach!

*Security/damage HOLD of $500 is REFUNDABLE and returned within 7-days after your stay is complete.

**PARKING fee is collected by the resort via express check-in or at arrival ($12-$15 per car/night). I will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking fees are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated.

MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the house. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS. Drivers of the golf cart must be 21 years of age, with a drivers license.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
