This adorable 2 Bed/2 Bath home is located in the award-winning Ocean Lakes Community. INCLUDES GOLF CART!! This community has beach access and tons of amenities! Sleeps 5 people (up to 2 adults). Relax on the front porch, which has a roll-out awning for shade. Enjoy cookouts with the gas grill provided. Queen Bed in Main bedroom, with attached bathroom. 2nd Bedroom has two beds perfect for kids and teens. Living Room has a pull-Out Twin Bed. Main bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Enough Parking for 2 vehicles on the property. Parking passes are required.

LINENS: We INCLUDE Linens & Towels!!! Bathroom towels & Kitchen towel set provided. Bring your beach Towels

No in-home laundry, but you have access to the Ocean Lakes laundry

Includes Golf Cart for licensed drivers age 21+

18-hole mini-golf, Activity center with 80+ arcade games, Indoor Pool, Outdoor pool/water park with a splash zone for small children, events and classes at the activity center, holiday events, check-out equipment for basketball, volleyball, horseshoes & more. There's a playground and skate park right on the beach!

**Guest Agreement signature required within 24 hours of booking
**Security/damage HOLD of $500 is REFUNDABLE and returned within 5-days after your stay is complete.
**PARKING fee is collected by the resort via express check-in or at arrival ($12-$15 per car/night). I will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking fees are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated.
**Golf Cart use is for licensed drivers Age 21+ - Must sign golf cart waiver and upload drivers license for any potential drivers prior to arrival
**MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the house. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Eighty percent (80.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
