Located on the South side of resort, you'll be at the beach on a golf cart in 5 minutes! This home has everything you need, to make your stay memorable!

LINENS: We INCLUDE Linens & Towels!!! (Bathroom & kitchen towel sets included, just bring your beach towels).

Enjoy the outdoor deck with TV and propane grill, with plenty of seating for cookouts or relaxing.

Inside, there is a smart TV w/ cable in every room and a stocked kitchen for preparing meals, washer & dryer, and a bathtub in the main bathroom.

*Security/damage HOLD of $500 is REFUNDABLE and returned within 5-days after your stay is complete.

**PARKING fee is collected by the resort via express check-in or at arrival ($12-$15 per car/night). I will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking fees are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated.

MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the house. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
